Cloven Tongues Of Fire

"And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." - Acts 2:1-4 KJV



Purpose

 

During Christmas of 2007, after having just finished reading the book "They Speak with Other Tongues", while in prayer I felt a deep sadness come over me. It was if my heart was being opened to the realization that God wants an intimate relationship with each of us and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, promised to us by Jesus himself is an intricate part of that intimate relationship that many Christians are not even aware of.

 I began praying, "Lord what can I do"  from deep in my spirit and the thought for this website began to materialize in my mind, and it was as if I could here the Lord speak to my heart and say, "Here is what you can do".

I believe in my heart the Lord wants to use these testimonies to share the truth and reality of a deeper, more intimate relationship available to all who will are willing to seek it out.

It is my prayer and the prayers of all who have given their testimonies on this website that the Lord will draw you closer to Him and that a desire for more of God will be continually sitrred inside us all.
